Wellies and fashion are now a fashionable footwear item.. From coloured and patterned wellies that were first available, there’s now a huge industry dedicated to providing us with some gorgeous wellies. I remember a few years ago, when wellington boots were designed for farmers, dog walkers and digging in the garden. They’ve certainly moved up a notch since then. Tip – Keep a check on the treads of your wellies. If they are worn down or wearing thin, you’ll slip on icy or wet ground. Check them regularly and discard them when the tread is worn out. This is especially important for young children and older people.
